Your advocates – identify your referral champions


  1. Start with an audit of potential advocates

    Get everyone together and carry out a brainstorm/referral audit of who your referral champions might be.

  2. Request x 10 probable advocates from each member of the sales team

    This list of 10 will grow as the response comes in from your Net Promoter Score email signature campaign.

  3. Create a tailormade NPS email signature

    A Net Promoter Score (NPS) email signature is an inexpensive but highly effective way to pinpoint who your advocates are, as well as identifying clients who are considering moving their business elsewhere.
